The City of Kingman has an 8,741 square foot C-2: Commercial Community Business zoned building for lease located in downtown Kingman at 201 N Fourth St. The lease will include a 271 square foot storage shed and 8,276 parking lot. The lease term and price are

New resource allows public to directly access police activity and crime data
The below resource has been totally funded by a grant through the Governors Office Public Safety Stabilization Program. The Kingman Police Department applied for the grant, which was awarded in
September 2010.

City of Kingman Public Records Request Form Available for Download.
The public at large is entitled to be provided with copies of City documents. It is reasonable and necessary
to charge a nominal per page fee to offset the cost of paper, supplies and equipment. The City charges $0.20
per page after the first two pages which are free. If you are in need of a document please fill out the
Request Form and return it to the City Clerk’s office at 310 N. 4th Street.

Chip Seal Material Closes: 3:00 PM on 05-21-2012
The City of Kingman will be accepting sealed bids for the following: Bids shall be based on an
estimated 4,700 tons of un-coated cover material chips. Actual quantity ordered by the City of Kingman may differ from this estimate, based upon cost and available funding. All materials ordered
by the City of Kingman shall be delivered By July 13th 2012, to a location within
Kingman city limits as designated by the City of Kingman Street Superintendent, All materials shall be weighed on certified scales prior to delivery and weight tickets shall be submitted the Street Superintendent.

The City of Kingman will accept sealed Bids at the office of the City Clerk, 310 N. Fourth Street,
Kingman, Arizona 86401, until 3:00 PM Local Time on May 21, 2012 for installing approximately 620 linear feet of curb and gutter, approximately 2,854 square feet of sidewalks, with asphalt paving, safety hand rail,
sidewalk ramps, asphalt and concrete removals and other related items.
