The Kingman 911 Regional Dispatch Center dispatches for the Kingman Police Department, Kingman Fire Department, Northern Arizona Consolidated Fire Department, Golden Valley Fire Department, Pinion Pine Fire Department, Pine Lake Fire Department and Lake Mohave Ranchos Fire Department. We are the public safety answering point for all 911 calls within the city limits of Kingman.
The Kingman 911 Center is a stand-alone center that employs ten full time communications specialist, four communications specialist crew leaders, and one communications administrator. Our communications specialists are the primary link between people who desperately need help and the help they seek.
Approximately 44,000 police and fire calls are dispatched out of our center by our communications specialist a year. Our dispatchers are the first of the first responders. We are committed to answering all 9-1-1 and non-emergency calls with professionalism, integrity, compassion, and respect while efficiently dispatching police, fire and emergency medical services. Our dedicated specialists routinely offer lifesaving pre-arrival instructions in addition to providing accurate public safety information.
All communications specialists are certified Emergency Medical Dispatchers. The Emergency Medical Dispatcher provides an all-important professional and lifesaving link in the overall chain of care and survival for persons in need of assistance by providing key pre-arrival instructions.
The Kingman 911 Center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is always someone available to take your call.
