All Other Reports

When requesting reports by mail, please include a legal size, self-addressed stamped envelope and a check for the amount
due. Please be aware that with the exception of serious offenses, (i.e. homicides, fatal accidents, etc.) general police
reports are only kept on file for eight years. The following information is necessary to locate the requested report:
- Department Report Number (if available)
- Names of subjects involved
- Date and time
- Type of report
The following fee schedule applies:
- 1 to 5 Pages: $2.00
- 6 to 15 Pages: $5.00
- 16 Pages or more: $5.00 plus .30 cents per page
- Photo CD (If Applicable): $5.00
- Audio Tape (If Applicable): $10.00
- Video Tape Reproduction: $25.00
Please be aware that with the exception of accident reports, personal information for case related people such as
addresses and phone numbers, will be excised from the report copy. Also, due to the status of an investigation, some
reports may not be available at the time requested. Normally, processing a request will take 1 to 3 days.
