Automatic Bank Draft (Auto Draft)
Auto draft allows you to pay your monthly utility bill without sending in a check for your payment every month. After you sign up, your checking account will be electronically drafted each month for the amount of your bill. You will continue to receive your bill on a monthly basis. The bottom portion of the bill will have a statement that reads “bank draft”. The amount due shown on the bill will be drafted 14 days after the billing date. You simply need to deduct the amount of the bill from your bank record. Your bank statement will reflect the auto draft transfer as it does your other transactions.

After you have established a 12-month consumption history, you can apply for budget billing. The levelized billing will be based on an average of the past 12-months usage and any overage or shortage must be settled prior to the beginning of the next levelized billing cycle. The due date for all budget billing accounts carry the same due date as the regular cycle billing accounts.
Check or Money Order
We offer several ways of delivering your check or money order to us. You can mail it directly to our office at the location noted above, or you can place it in either of our drop box locations:
- City Complex at 310 N. 4th St.
- Unisource 2498 Airway Av.
Payments placed in our drop boxes after 8:00 a.m. will be processed the following business day. Please do not place cash in the drop box.
Credit card payments can be made by phone or visiting our office. Our automated phone system is available 24/7 and can be accessed by calling (928) 753-8585.
