The Kingman Parks and Recreation Department provides residents with a wide variety of life-enriching classes, special events, trips, athletic opportunities and workshops. We strive to provide our community with safe, clean, pleasing park facilities that will meet the recreational needs of the entire community.

Easter Coloring Contest

This Easter we are looking for all children in Kindergarten through 5th grade to participate in this free activity. Coloring sheets will be available at the Recreation Department on Monday, April 8 and distributed to all local elementary schools. Entries must be returned to the Recreation Office by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17.  Winners will receive awards for their grade levels and prizes will be delivered to their school by April 24.  Winners will be posted and announced on Saturday, April 20, at the Centennial Park Egg Hunt. All prizes are sponsored by the Recreation Department and local community businesses.
