The mission of the City of Kingman Information Technology Department is to assist in the delivery of City services by managing and coordinating the use of information technology across the various City departments.
- Maintain, upgrade and replace phone, computing and networking components as needed
- Coordinate the use of common technologies between City departments
- Investigate new technological opportunities on behalf of the City

Dangerous Drugs and Shoplifting
On Monday, August 5th, at about 4:35 pm, Kingman Police arrested Elizabeth E. Davis, 40 of Kingman, and Kayla Christine Austin, 20 of Kingman. Davis on felony charges of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of Dangerous Drugs and misdemeanor Shoplifting.
On Monday, August 5th, at about 4:35 pm, Kingman Police arrested Elizabeth E. Davis, 40 of Kingman, and Kayla Christine Austin, 20 of Kingman. Davis on felony charges of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of Dangerous Drugs and misdemeanor Shoplifting. Austin on felony charges of Organized Retail Theft and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Officers responded to a store in the 3300 block of N. Stockton Hill Rd. regarding two female shoplifters. As officers arrived the female suspects fled on foot. Both were captured nearby and taken into custody. In addition to the stolen merchandise, Davis was found to also be in possession of heroin and methamphetamine and Austin was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Both Davis and Austin, who admitted involvement in the offenses, where booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
