Mission Statement

The mission of the City of Kingman Information Technology Department is to assist in the delivery of City services by managing and coordinating the use of information technology across the various City departments.

Major Services/Responsibilities

  • Maintain, upgrade and replace phone, computing and networking components as needed
  • Coordinate the use of common technologies between City departments
  • Investigate new technological opportunities on behalf of the City

Unlawful Flight and Dangerous Drugs

On Monday, August 5th, at about 7:45 am, Kingman Police arrested Spencer Douglas Freeman, 41 of Golden Valley, on felony charges of Flight from Law Enforcement, Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Monday, August 5th, at about 7:45 am, Kingman Police arrested Spencer Douglas Freeman, 41 of Golden Valley, on felony charges of Flight from Law Enforcement, Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On July 29th an officer attempted to stop Freeman in the downtown Kingman area for a traffic violation. Freeman, who was operating an unregistered ATV, fled from the officer. Freeman was not located. On Monday the same officer observed the ATV to be at a residence in the 200 block of Maple St. Freeman was observed exiting the residence at which time he was taken into custody. Freeman was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Freeman, who admitted involvement in the offense, was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
