The mission of the City of Kingman Information Technology Department is to assist in the delivery of City services by managing and coordinating the use of information technology across the various City departments.

Fight, Drugs and Warrants
On Wednesday, August 7th, at about 12:20 pm, Kingman Police arrested Johnathan Edgar Daves, 25 of Kingman on felony charges of Possession of Dangerous Drugs, PDP and Failure to Pay (warrant); and Elizabeth E. Davis, 40 of Kingman, on felony charges of PDP.
On Wednesday, August 7th, at about 12:20 pm, Kingman Police arrested Johnathan Edgar Daves, 25 of Kingman on felony charges of Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Failure to Pay (warrant); and Elizabeth E. Davis, 40 of Kingman, on felony charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Theft (warrant) and two misdemeanor warrants for Contempt of Court. Officers responded to the 4000 block of Monte Silvano Ave. regarding the report that several subjects were fighting. Officers arrived and found five adults subjects fighting in the street. It was determined that there had been some dispute about possession of a vehicle. During this time it was discovered that Daves had a felony warrant for Failure to Pay Fines and Davis had three warrants for her arrest. Johnathan Daves was also found to be in possession of heroin and the associated drug paraphernalia. Davis was observed attempting to conceal drug paraphernalia. Both were booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
