Mission Statement

The mission of the City of Kingman Information Technology Department is to assist in the delivery of City services by managing and coordinating the use of information technology across the various City departments.

Major Services/Responsibilities

  • Maintain, upgrade and replace phone, computing and networking components as needed
  • Coordinate the use of common technologies between City departments
  • Investigate new technological opportunities on behalf of the City

Multiple Mail Thefts

The Kingman Police Department has investigated numerous reports of mail being stolen from mailboxes in several Kingman neighborhoods.

The Kingman Police Department has investigated numerous reports of mail being stolen from mailboxes in several Kingman neighborhoods. Last week reports of mail theft were reported in a downtown Kingman neighborhood, an apartment complex on Hualapai Mountain Rd. and the North Kingman “Camelback” neighborhood. KPD is working with investigators from the U.S Postal Inspectors Office. Residents are urged to check their mail daily. Anyone with information is urged to contact KPD by calling (928) 753-2191, report anonymously to Mohave Silent Witness by calling (928) 753-1234, or report online by clicking on “Give A Tip”
