Mission Statement

The mission of the City of Kingman Information Technology Department is to assist in the delivery of City services by managing and coordinating the use of information technology across the various City departments.

Major Services/Responsibilities

  • Maintain, upgrade and replace phone, computing and networking components as needed
  • Coordinate the use of common technologies between City departments
  • Investigate new technological opportunities on behalf of the City

Death Investigation

On Monday, October 14th, at about 1:15 pm, Kingman Police investigated the apparent suicide death of a 90 year old Kingman man.

On Monday, October 14th, at about 1:15 pm, Kingman Police investigated the apparent suicide death of a 90 year old Kingman man. Officers responded to check the welfare of an older man who witnesses had seen slumped over in a van parked in a dirt lot behind a business in the 3900 block of Stockton Hill Rd. Officers arrived and determined that the man had shot himself with a handgun sometime during the previous night. No foul play is suspected. He is not being identified as next of kin has not been notified.
