Mission Statement

The mission of the City of Kingman Information Technology Department is to assist in the delivery of City services by managing and coordinating the use of information technology across the various City departments.

Major Services/Responsibilities

  • Maintain, upgrade and replace phone, computing and networking components as needed
  • Coordinate the use of common technologies between City departments
  • Investigate new technological opportunities on behalf of the City

We are dedicated to delivering professional service in a courteous manner to every department at the City of Kingman and to all residents.

Recycling Drop Site Changing to Winter Hours

Closed Sundays Starting in December

– Beginning December 1, 2019, the centralized recycling drop site, located at the Kingman Public Works Department, 3700 East Andy Devine Avenue, will be closed on Sundays. The new drop off hours will be:

  • 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

  • 7am-12noon Saturday

  • CLOSED SUNDAYS

     

    Public works members ARE on-hand to help people drop off the correct items for recycling during those hours.

    Acceptable items are:

  • Glass bottles

  • Plastics #1 & #2 only

  • Aluminum cans

  • Paper and newspapers (no magazines or junk mail)

  • Cardboard

  • Steel, aluminum, and tin cans
