Mission Statement

The mission of the City of Kingman Information Technology Department is to assist in the delivery of City services by managing and coordinating the use of information technology across the various City departments.

Major Services/Responsibilities

  • Maintain, upgrade and replace phone, computing and networking components as needed
  • Coordinate the use of common technologies between City departments
  • Investigate new technological opportunities on behalf of the City

Drugs, weapons & DUI

On Thursday, December 19th, at about 3:05 am, Kingman Police arrested Casey Ryan Pepper, 32 of Lake Havasu City, on felony charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Weapons Violation.

On Thursday, December 19th, at about 3:05 am, Kingman Police arrested Casey Ryan Pepper, 32 of Lake Havasu City, on felony charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Weapons Violation. Officers contacted Pepper at a gas station in the 700 block of W. Beale St. where he was found asleep behind the wheel of his car at the fuel pumps. During the investigation officers located drug paraphernalia associated with methamphetamine and a fire arm. Pepper was prohibited from possessing a firearm. Investigators also believed that he was under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Peppers was booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility. DUI chargers are pending return of lab results.
