Mission Statement

The mission of the City of Kingman Information Technology Department is to assist in the delivery of City services by managing and coordinating the use of information technology across the various City departments.

Major Services/Responsibilities

  • Maintain, upgrade and replace phone, computing and networking components as needed
  • Coordinate the use of common technologies between City departments
  • Investigate new technological opportunities on behalf of the City

Drugs and Stolen Vehicle

On Sunday, January 26th, at about 10:45 pm, Kingman Police arrested Michelle Renee Howard, 32 of Kingman, Johnathan Edgar Daves, 25 of Kingman, and Shelby Leroy Barker, 26 of Kingman on possession of stolen property and other charges.

On Sunday, January 26th, at about 10:45 pm, Kingman Police arrested Michelle Renee Howard, 32 of Kingman on felony charges of Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Dangerous Drugs for Sale and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Johnathan Edgar Daves, 25 of Kingman, on felony charges of Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and False Reporting to Law Enforcement; and Shelby Leroy Barker, 26 of Kingman, on a felony charge of Possession of Stolen Property. All three where occupants of a pickup truck stopped in the 3600 block of Airway Ave. after officers received reports of suspicious activity. It was determined that the truck had been reported stolen to the AZ Department of Public Safety. Howard was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, the associated drug paraphernalia and was involved in drug sales. Daves was found to be in possession heroin, the associated drug paraphernalia and attempted to lie about his identity. All were charged with possession of stolen property. All were booked into the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility.
