The City of Kingman is conducting a citizen survey to help improve city operations. In October, a survey was mailed to a random selection of 1,600 resident households.  The survey is now available online to all residents.  Log in to by Monday, December 10th to give your input!  


Pursuant to the Responsible Sales and Use Tax Act (Proposition 413) approved by the City of Kingman voters on November 6, 2018, the City of Kingman’s Model City Tax Code will be amended to reflect a 1% decrease in the transaction privilege and use tax rate among most categories effective January 1, 2019. The City operates the following parks and recreational facilities:

Canyon Shadows Neighborhood Park - (720 Crestwood) 2.5 acres
Picnic shelter area & pedestal grills, and playground

Cecil Davis Park - (601 Van Buren and Southern) 5 acres
Picnic shelter area & grills, playground, multi-purpose grass area, and restrooms. Benches, ball fields, basketball court, and a new Splash Pad water feature operating from (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) seasonally.

Centennial Park - (3333 & 3345 Harrison and Beverly) 41 acres
Administrative offices, horseshoes (3 pits), basketball (2 courts), soccer fields, tennis (4 courts), racquetball (2 courts), softball (7 fields), volleyball, community center facilities, running trail, outdoor picnic shelter areas, tables & grills, playgrounds (2), restrooms and swimming pool (50 meter with water slide).

Firefighter's Memorial Park - (2201 Detroit Ave.) 11 acres
Picnic shelter area & grills, playground, frisbee golf, soccer fields, skateboard park and restrooms.

Grandview Pool - (Grandview and 324 Gold St.) 3 acres
25 meter swimming pool, wading pool, mini-slide, and restrooms.

Hubbs Neighborhood Park - (421 Golconda & 4th) 2 acres
Picnic area & grills, playground, basketball court, horseshoe pit, picnic shelter and historic "Hubbs Home".

Lewis Kingman Park – (2201 E. Andy Devine Ave.) 9 acres
Picnic area & grills, multi-purpose field, large and small dog parks, and restrooms.

Locomotive Park - (310 W. Beale & 1st Street) 7 acres
Displays historic steam engine, caboose and bench

Metcalfe Park - (315 W. Beale & Grandview) 4 acres
Picnic area & grills, playground, stage area, and restrooms.

Mohave Neighborhood Park - (209 Mohave and Center St.) 2 acres
Picnic shelter area & grills, playground, and basketball court.

Monsoon Park - (815 Eastern Ave.) 5 acres
Multi-purpose field

Pawnee Neighborhood Park – 2199 Pawnee Dr. & Southern) 3.2 acres
Picnic shelter area & grill, playground and grassy area.

Southside Park - (1001 Buchanon – 1200 Block of Topeka) 51 acres
6 Multi-purpose fields - including soccer, baseball, softball, football, picnic tables and playground.

Veteran Memorial Park - (310 W. Beale St.)

Walleck Ranch Park - (3851 Willow) 4 acres
Picnic shelter areas (3), barbeques, horse shoe pit, picnic tables, playground, basketball court and restrooms.

Cerbat Cliffs Municipal 18 Hole Golf Course - (1001 Gates Ave.)
Driving range, cart & club rentals, pro shop, and restaurant. It is open 7 days a week, call 753-6593 for tee times.

Note: Animals Are Not Permitted in Any City Park!
