The mission of the City of Kingman Information Technology Department is to assist in the delivery of City services by managing and coordinating the use of information technology across the various City departments.
- Maintain, upgrade and replace phone, computing and networking components as needed
- Coordinate the use of common technologies between City departments
- Investigate new technological opportunities on behalf of the City
We are dedicated to delivering professional service in a courteous manner to every department at the City of Kingman and to all residents.

KPD Awarded ALEAP Accreditation through AACOP
The Kingman Police Department has been awarded accreditation status by the AZ Association of Chief of Police (AACOP) through its AZ Law Enforcement Accreditation Program (ALEAP). The award was made on Thursday, September 12th, during the AACOP annual conference in Laughlin, NV.

City Installing Reclaimed Water Injection Well
Work began on the installation of the City’s first reclaimed water injection well this month, with a projected finish date before the end of the year.

Dangerous Drugs for Sale & Weapons Offense
On Friday, November 29th, at about 6:15 am, Kingman Police arrested Alejandro Antonio Amaro, 30 of Kingman, on multiple felony charges including Possession of Dangerous Drugs for Sale, Possession of Weapon During Drug Offense, and Possession of Weapon by Prohibited Possessor.

Arrest for Home Burglary
On Saturday, November 30th, at about 7:40 pm, Kingman Police arrested Corry Scott Johnstone, 36 of Kingman on felony charges of Burglary 2nd Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and two misdemeanor warrants.
